Well for Culture is an indigenous Wellness movement that has been started by Thosh Collins and Chelsea Luger. They have created diets and workout plans for people. They also have meetups. I missed the last meetup, because I was healing from the fracture. Hope to get the chance to meet them up again! 🙂

Native American Artist, Author, & Activist: Gyasi Ross

Gyasi Ross is a member of the Blackfeet Nation. He primarily focuses on bringing awareness of the mistreatment of the American Indians and to correct the misconception of the Native Americans. He has been on ESPN to talk aobut the debated ‘Redskins’ mascot and has written articles and also a book. If you have not read How To Say I Love You in Indian it is quite a literary find and a must.
